Elastek’s #139 TPO Basecoat is an all-acrylic basecoat designed to provide adhesion to weathered Thermoplastic PolyOlefin (TPO) roofing membranes (at least five years old).  It is an excellent saturant for Poly-Tek roofing fabric – saving an existing roof, with some service life, from tear off.
